Returns

For defective products, return shipping costs will be borne by our company. For exchanges or returns due to the customer's convenience, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


Defective Products

Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. If you find any defects in the product, please contact us using the contact information listed under “Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.”

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send back **all items received** (including outer packaging, delivery slip, and packing materials) **by cash-on-delivery (collect shipping)**.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if any of these items have been discarded.

We may ask for detailed information regarding the condition of the defective product in order to improve future manufacturing.
Depending on the situation, we may also consult relevant experts.
After discussing and confirming with you, we will exchange the defective item for a non-defective one.
