It says, "Just let them lay eggs!" Do not catch them during the spawning season.

It seems they are not simply demanding to be allowed to catch it.

They are complaining that the fishing quotas allocated for each fishing method are unfair.

Seventy percent of the catch quota is allocated to purse seine fishing, and the remaining 30% is allocated to fixed net fishing, longline fishing, etc.

I understand that purse seine fishermen also have to make a living, but isn't this just too unfair?
