It seems that there will be a shift to short-term aquaculture.
However, this short-term farmed tuna weighing 80 to 120 kg is fattened up to 150 kg in six months before being shipped.
Wouldn't it be better to distribute this 80-120kg size in the normal way?
I feel like going from 80kg to 150kg in just six months is a bit too much weight.
If you weigh 120kg, is there really no need to gain weight?
